1) All attendees must adhere to the rules and policies set forth herein.

2) Attendees must display ID cards, either by wearing them around the neck by using the furnished lanyard or by some other means. Cards may be pocketed only DURING active participation of a workshop where the wearing of ID may interfere with that participation. A.S.I.A. staff and personnel have final say on what constitutes a valid reason not to wear the ID card.

3) Attendees who have registered for food packages at the resort, must wear the resort's wrist band unless otherwise specified.

4) Our refund policy is as follows: Any refund will be less a 20% event processing fee. Money paid in person prior to the event will be refunded up to 10 days from receipt. Money paid on-line will be refunded up to 10 days from receipt. Money mailed to us will be refunded 10 days from postmark. (Translation: 10 days from the day it goes in the mail). ****There are no refunds after May 15. ***Sales on all T-shirts are final. There will be no exceptions made to this refund policy.

5) All resort rules, including check in and check out procedures, must be followed without question. A copy of the resort rules will be distributed to each attendee at check-in.

6) Repeated failure to follow the rules set herein, are grounds for ejection from the annual Zhang San Feng Festival. Attendees are expected to comport themselves with decency and respect for fellow participants at all times. A.S.I.A. staff retains the right to eject attendees should their actions, in the judgment of Festival staff, warrant. Ejection from the Festival does not entitle any person or persons being ejected to a refund of any kind.

8) In all matters pertaining to the annual Zhang San Feng Festival, the decision of A.S.I.A. staff is final.

9) Still photos and audio recordings may be made during presentations only with prior permission from the presenter. Please note, the American Society of Internal Arts videotapes segments of the Festival for promotional purposes only. Videotaping of workshops by attendees is strictly prohibited. Presenters may videotape their own workshops with prior permission.
